Didn't receive
I've been asked to review something that I didn't even receive. This, and other items I'd ordered, were missing from the delivery. When I emailed to ask where they were I was told they didn't stock the items in my phones model. I don't understand why a) they took money for items they couldn't provide and b) a refund wasn't automatically issued when they realised they couldn't provide the goods. If I hadn't contacted them they would have kept the money I paid even though they hadn't supplied. Wish I could leave lower than one star review - would not recommend or buy from again, feel cheated.
